Senior Project Manager
John has an extensive background in the management and development of engineering packages, procurement of materials, implementation of projects, jobsite inspections, construction monitoring and observations, estimates, budget preparation, CPM scheduling, project analysis, and document tracking and project closeout. John has managed a wide variety of projects from large multi-million dollar, multi-phased projects to small tenant improvements. His experience as project manager, owner representative and team leader managing the design, procurement, construction, and turnover of various projects gives him a unique perspective and understanding of projects from various roles. Through this experience, John has gained the insight and understanding that allows him to effectively manage and coordinate projects here in Alaska as well as internationally.
