Project Manager

Erik has construction management experience from conceptual planning, space programming and value management through construction and closeout. As a project manager with Meridian, Erik has managed projects in various industries and disciplines including many in sensitive hospital environments such as the complete remodel of the functioning Newborn Intensive Care Unit Remodel, in-patient and out-patient radiology remodels and large asbestos abatement projects. He has also worked in commercial, clinical and correctional environments. Erik provided project management services for the construction of the St. Andrew Parish Project, this 26,000 square-foot facility in Eagle River is the largest Catholic Church in Alaska. Erik Also recently served as the Mechanical Field Engineer for the $150 million dollar South Terminal Seismic and Security Retrofit at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

Current Assignment

Erik is currently serving as the Project Administrator on the $88 million TERRA-Southwest project for GCI's subsidiary United Utilities, Inc.
