Project Manager
Ryan served as a project manager at the Providence Alaska Medical Center on a large scale consolidation of both cardiology and radiology into a joint waiting and service area. Throughout his career, Ryan has successfully managed the installation of projects ranging from several thousand to several million dollars where his contributions encompassed contractor management, project coordination and owner representation as well as engineering cost review and closeout.
Ryan also served as Field Engineer at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Ryan was responsible for providing quality assurance for architectural phases of the project including roofing inspections and engineering, installation of 120,000 square feet of granite tile, overseeing the installation of multiple miles of new baggage belts and coordination of multiple contractors throughout the 450,000 square foot facility.
Prior to joining Meridian, Ryan worked for Southcentral Foundation as a contracts administrator and project manager. In addition to assisting with the management of clinic contractors, Ryan managed the installation of a private copper/fiber network throughout Southcentral Foundation's Anchorage campus.
