Providence Alaska Medical Center

Meridian project managers have provided owner representative and project management services to Providence Alaska since 1993. As owner's representatives and consultants we support hospital project development and planning. Such services include developing budgets and the scope of work with hospital department managers through construction, closeout and occupancy.

As project managers coordinating multiple simultaneous projects in a functioning hospital, in addition to cost, schedule and quality, we are responsible for supervising infection control procedures, disruption planning and coordinating with medical staff and patient care schedules.

In addition to new construction, tenant improvements and remodels, in light of growing technology we also manage ongoing facility infrastructure upgrades, including chiller replacement, supply fan upgrades, power distribution and asbestos abatement.
