Roger has over 30 years of management experience in engineering, project management and P&L management. His experience includes CEO positions with engineering, technology and Alaska Native Corporations. From his career with General Electric based corporations holding senior positions in engineering, project and business group management, he has both nation-wide and international experience, with responsibilities including Strategic Planning, Program & Project Management, Engineering Management, New Business Development, Business Portfolio Management, Finance, Government Contracting, M & As, Strategic Alliances Building, Operations Management and HR Management.

Throughout his career he has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects, from conceptualization-to-commercialization, with clients in diverse industries including Engineering (mechanical, electrical, process & civil engineering), Technology (IT, avionics/electronics & imaging systems), Construction, Facilities Management, Government Contracting (including 8-a contracts), Manufacturing, Real Estate, Tourism/Hotel and Financial Markets.

Additionally, through his background in the GE-based corporate system, Roger has had in-depth involvement in Six-Sigma (DMAIC) process design, lean corporate design, Profit-Improvement-Program (PIP) and Management-of-Change Program. He has implemented these programs in several companies with results including consistent profitability increases, significant elevation in quality of service and marked improvement in operations efficiency & productivity.
