Senior Project Manager

Mr. Thrall has over twenty-five years of experience in the planning and evaluation of environmental impacts on resource development. He has served as a Project Manager for power development projects, environmental impact studies and environmental assessments throughout the world. His professional responsibilities included identification of project impacts, development of impact avoidance and mitigation strategies and negotiations with regulatory agencies and environmental advocacy groups. Jim’s project experience encompasses hydroelectric, water supply, irrigation, timber harvest, fish culture, mining and industrial development.
