Project Manager

Tim possesses a wide range of construction experience throughout western states as journeyman, foreman and electrical administrator. This experience includes on site installation and management on commercial, industrial, residential, bush Alaska and military projects. Tim’s technical expertise with mechanical and electrical systems includes, installation, design and troubleshooting of special systems such as motor controls, boiler controls, fire alarms, security and power infrastructure.

As a project manager, Tim has been responsible for installation crews at multiple locations, estimating, engineering, resolution of conflicts and clarifications with an emphasis in electrical and mechanical disciplines. Tim also holds the position of electrical and construction educator, in addition to teaching at the University of Alaska, he has worked in Alaska villages educating the community and tribal leaders in electrical and construction skills needed to be self-reliant.
